There is no doubt that the definition of leadership is changing everywhere. Both small and large business models show that the “good old days” of the traditional hierarchy, where one person delivers the orders, directions and demands with the expectation that they are followed, without question, no longer works.
Today, the most impactful style of leadership is one of a “Synergistic” leader who collaborates with the group to access their input and ideas while maximizing their collective talents and strengths. We are better together when we combine efforts and share a vision and goals.
